| Emineo Group welcomes new team members! |
|
Wow, where has the year gone? It's been since March that the last newsletter went out. A lot of the things I wanted to tell everyone about are no longer relevant. Such is life in the IT world. As most of you know, desktop virtualization is the hot technology right now. Gartner predicts that desktop virtualization will cover 66% of the total desktop market in the next three years. If you're not looking into it yet, you'll want to soon. It's still an emerging market, so there are several players in the market, including VMware, Microsoft, Symantec, and Quest. Citrix still has the technological lead in this space. Be sure to check out XenDesktop 4! If you haven't had a chance to meet or work with them yet, Emineo has added a few more people to the team this year. (Maybe they can help me keep the newsletter on track?) Randy Barger, President
Renee Frendreiss, Project Manager
Renee has over 15 years of experience in IT, both as an engineer and as a project manager.
Patty Simanek, Office Manager
Patty helps to keep Emineo running smooth by coordinating company events, serving as human resources manager, and managing receivable accounts.
Jeremy Holt, SMB Solutions Administrator
As previous IT manager and administrator of several SMB companies, Jeremy is our latest addition to the SMB Solutions team.
