Emineo Group closely follows the ITIL best practice guidelines and ITSM methodology. This service-oriented approach allows us to closely align the delivery of IT services to the needs of the business. As this methodology is applied to businesses and technology planning, IT departments are transformed in some of the following ways:

The ITSM methodology involves five main phases:
     1. Assessment
     2. Architect & Design
     3. Planning
     4. Implementation
     5. Support

Emineo Group’s technology planning methodology involves the first three of these phases. The deliverables from the technology plan provide a roadmap that enables successful completion of the fourth and fifth phases.

Upon completion of the technology plan, Company will be in a position to fully leverage the IT environment to support and drive the business. Having a technology plan in place assures that IT projects aren’t implemented in an ad-hoc fashion, and that technologies are streamlined and synergized. IT systems and resources can be managed at a strategic, “cloud” level, as opposed to a tactical, piece-meal level.
